Subscription terms

These subscription terms are part of our Terms of Service. They are written to be read before you pay.
Plans and price
Free: CA$0, no card required. Up to 3 people (the owner counts) and 20 activities per business. Paid plans lift these limits. Pro: CA$75 per month, per business, billed in Canadian dollars.
Automatic renewal
Pro renews automatically every month on the same day, and your card on file is charged through Stripe, until you cancel. The Billing page always shows your next renewal date.
Taxes
We are not currently registered to collect GST/QST, so none is added today. Taxes may apply in future; if they do, they will be shown before you are charged.
Cancel anytime
Cancel online, whenever you like, from the Billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for and are not charged again. You can resume before that date.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and partial months are not prorated, except where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged in error, write to us within 60 days and we will look at it.
Price changes
We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Your copy of the contract
Within 15 days of subscribing, we email you a copy of your contract: these terms, the Terms of Service, the price and your plan details. The merchant is IGotYouBruhh. Contact us at customerSupport@igotyoubruhh.ca. We are working on a mailing address.
