The Agent runs on an Android phone or tablet at your counter and sends orders and tickets from IGotYouBruhh to your receipt printers.

Install
Install in four steps
The Agent is downloaded from this site only, not from an app store, so Android asks you to confirm the install.

Download
On the Android device, tap Download for Android above and save the file.

Allow the install
Open the file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps for this one install.

Sign in
Open the IGotYouBruhh Agent and sign in with your IGotYouBruhh account.

Connect a printer
Pick your Bluetooth, USB or network printer and print a test ticket.
Permissions
What the Agent asks for, and why
- Nearby devices (Bluetooth)
- To find and connect to your Bluetooth receipt printer.
- Location (Android 11 and older only)
- Older Android versions require it to scan for Bluetooth printers. The Agent never reads or stores your location.
- Notifications
- To show that the Agent is running and tell you if a print fails.
- Run in the background and at start-up
- So orders keep printing when the screen is off and after the device restarts.
- Internet
- To receive print jobs from IGotYouBruhh and check for updates.
Privacy
What the Agent does with data
The Agent receives the print jobs for your business (which can include a customer's name on an order), prints them and reports errors to help us fix bugs. We keep print jobs for 30 days. Automatic deletion is being set up; until it is live, email us and we delete them on request.
